Klarna:

We offer various payment methods through Klarna. Shopping with Klarna is safe and easy. You pay only after the delivery has arrived. Once your order is delivered, Klarna will send a payment page to your email, where you can choose your preferred payment method. Options include Invoice, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Installments.

Note: Klarna performs a credit check using your personal ID for individual customers or business ID for corporate and organization customers. The billing address must match the official address of the ID holder for Klarna to approve the transaction. MySong.store does not receive any credit information, only the approval of the payment method, allowing the order to be processed successfully.

Paypal:

Paypal is a simple and secure way to pay for your purchases. It is the world’s most used payment method for online shopping.

Refunds:

All refunds must be arranged with our customer service. Contact us, and we will review your situation and find the best solution.

Delivery

All music orders are delivered digitally via a download link in WAV and MP3 formats. The delivery time is calculated from when we receive the approval of the lyrics.​ Physical products, such as framed prints and other materials, are delivered separately via courier service.
