Products and Prices
The prices of the products are displayed alongside the product descriptions and include VAT. The tax breakdown is visible on the order confirmation.

Delivery Fee
Packaging and delivery costs are calculated automatically in the order. Costs vary depending on the destination country and the size of the order. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for courier shipments outside the EU.
Deliveries
Digital products are delivered via email, usually within 3-5 days of the order. Additional products are delivered by courier service. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you.
Product Return Policy
All physical products have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and unchanged. Customized songs are non-refundable.

Uncollected Shipments
Posti retains shipments for 7 days. Uncollected orders are returned to the sender, and a handling fee of 20 € is charged, which is deducted from the refund.
Product Defect Correction
If the product is damaged, please inform us and indicate whether you want a refund or a replacement. For refund purposes, we may ask for your bank account number.
Dispute Resolution
