Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the products. Please note that customized products, such as personalized songs, do not have a right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are returned in good condition and in unopened packages. If all or part of the returned products are no longer in sellable condition, no refund will be given for those items.

If you cancel the entire order or return part of the products, you must return the items to us within 14 days of the cancellation notice to the address below. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products.

When returning products, include your name and contact information so we can match the returned items to the correct order. Once we receive the returned products and verify their condition, we will refund the order payment using the same payment method you used for the order. Refunds will be made without undue delay in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
